Random is the exhibition which annually brings together all the works of the students of the Academy of Fine Arts in Urbino. In 2013's edition the exhibition expands itself and becomes "Random³".
To create the identity system of Random³ we started with a survey on the context in which this exhibition was born: Urbino. This city represents for the students a place of transition, of passage, a place to measure human space where the majority of activity takes place walking.
Therefore, we have assigned to each letter of the word "random" a symbolic place in the imagination of students (academic and otherwise); and in every place we have realized some photographs of the surfaces that represent it. These have become the basis for creating the pattern grids, which will be the leitmotif of the whole project.
